The Founder’s Story:

I’m Dennis, and with over three decades of leadership experience, I have had the privilege of walking alongside leaders through immense challenges and pivotal transitions. My journey has included ministry and organizational leadership roles spanning 30+ years, more than 13 years providing executive care as a corporate chaplain, and non-profit leadership in educational administration. This diverse background has given me a deep, first-hand understanding of the unique pressures and complexities that leaders in the business, church, and non-profit sectors face every day.

My approach is inquisitive, empowering, and collaborative. I partner with leaders to integrate practical, evidence-based strategies that address both personal well-being and organizational dynamics. The goal is to move beyond temporary fixes to build a durable foundation of resilience, confidence, and purpose. My background has taught me that the health of a leader is the most critical factor in the health of their organization.

Everything I do is focused on helping leaders bridge the gap between their outward responsibilities and their inner well-being. While the work we do at ForePoint Leadership is focused on coaching and consulting, not clinical therapy, my approach is also deeply informed by my experience as a licensed professional counselor. This, combined with advanced degrees in counseling and education, provides a unique depth to our work as we help you lead and live with a renewed sense of clarity and strength.
